Tuff Spas is a brand that isn’t exclusive to any type of person. Their hot tubs come with a wide range of seating options, including bench seating, buckets seats, cooling seats, and more! They provide top-notch hydrotherapy, and their exterior designs are able to withstand extreme environments without wearing down.
We love Tuff Spas, as they are able to last a lifetime with the least maintenance possible. With affordability and elegance combined, it seems that these hot tubs are a no-brainer for people looking to purchase.
Of course, you’re here because you like to see under the hood. You don’t make purchases based on surface opinions. Luckily, you’ve come to the right place. We’re going to take you through our Tuff Spas reviews so that you can get to know all about the Tuff Spas brand and the incredible models they offer.
The reason that we love Tuff Spas so much is that they are some of the most affordable tubs on the market. You won’t have to worry about not having enough to pay your mortgage at the end of the month when you get one of these glorious tubs.
While the actual prices of the tubs aren’t available on their website, as they are sold through dealers around the country, we do know that each of these tubs hovers around $3,000-$7,000, making them perfect for entry-level buyers.
The Tuff Spa TT150 model comes with two seats, perfect for more intimate settings or smaller spaces without enough real estate.
The tub is able to hold 150 gallons and comes with 22 high-quality pressure jets to provide you with supreme hydrotherapy.
It comes with a unique Tuff Spas cover that slides over the top of the tub, helping to protect it from debris or extreme weather.
Buyers have the option of choosing between three different colors, including Sahara, Slate, and Mocha, perfect for fitting in with the organic aesthetic of a desert yard. Beyond all of that, the TT150 model uses a 110/220v convertible power source, allowing you to plug it in and go!
If you are looking for something a little bit bigger, we recommend going with the TT250.
While it can comfortably fit into small spaces like the TT150, it has a bit more room on the interior for up to 4 adults.
We highly recommend this model to smaller families, as it is perfect for parents and children.
It is able to hold 250 gallons of water and comes with 19 high-quality pressure jets.
Just like the TT150 model, the TT250 can be purchased in either Sahara, Slate, or Mocha.
The TT450 takes a different approach in its overall design with a completely square construction, unlike the rectangular construction of the TT150 and TT250 tubs.
It has seating for anywhere from 4-7 adults, perfect for larger families or people who like to entertain.
It comes with all of the same features as the TT150 and TT250, including a digital display, 110/220v convertible power, and a Tuff Top Cover.
This tub can hold up to 350 gallons of water.
Just like the other tubs, it is available in both Sahara, Slate, and Mocha.
While the TT650 doesn’t have the same capacity as the TT450, as it is only able to seat 4-5 adults, it does come with a nifty lounge seat.
This is perfect for those who are looking to truly indulge in the hydrotherapy portion of the hot tub.
It holds 300 gallons of water and comes with the Tuff Spa digital display, 110/220V convertible outlet, and the same color options.
It also comes with a Tuff Top Cover for protection.

The Tuff Spas warranties are pretty extensive, providing buyers with peace of mind.
The Tuff Spas spa shells and hard covers all come with a lifetime warranty that protects them against structural integrity damage and water loss. The warranty is non-transferable.
There is a three-year warranty on the Topside control, the Master Control Center, and the heater.
The original manufacturer provides buyers with limited warranties on the pump for two years. The salt systems and prozone ozone also carry two year warranties.
There are one-year limited warranties on all of the plumbing and fitting components, jets, hardcover arm bars, GFCI, pillows, vinyl spa covers, straps, gaskets, and other non-electrical mechanical parts.
Tuff Spas has dealers that are located all around the country. If you are looking to find a Tuff Spas dealer near you, we recommend heading on over to their website to get in contact with them.
Tuff Spas does not make any mention of financing on their website, so we imagine it is up to the dealer. If you can’t afford to purchase a hot tub upfront right now, but you want to be able to enjoy its many benefits right away, we recommend talking to your local Tuff Spas dealer to see if they offer any financing options.
The Tuff Spas Owners Manual is loaded with information on both the Standard and Platinum Tuff Spas models. Make sure to download it to get access to general information, warranty registration information, safety instructions, and more!
The Tuff Spas Owners Manual also has tons of information on troubleshooting. There are many small problems that we deal with as hot tub owners. Many of these smaller problems don’t require spending the time and money to hire a maintenance person to come out to your residence. Instead, make sure to look at the manual to troubleshoot any problems you are dealing with.
Obviously, there are some problems that we cannot fix on our own. These kinds of problems require experienced hot tub maintenance people to come out and make assessments for repairs. We recommend heading on over to the contact page on the Tuff Spas website and shooting them an email with any problems that you are dealing with.
Your filter should be replaced every so often. If you are currently looking for a Tuff Spas replacement filter, we recommend heading over to Spa Depot. Spa Depot has a wide selection of filters for Tuff Spas models, including threaded filters and antimicrobial filters, each of which come at low prices!
So far we have not been able to locate any third-party dealers with Tuff Spas heaters for sale. If you are looking to do maintenance on your Tuff Spas Heater, we recommend getting in contact with your local dealer or checking out the manual for troubleshooting.
One of the most unique things about Tuff Spas is that they come with Tuff Top Covers. These covers are built into the tub to provide fully-insulated and protective surfaces to keep your hot tub safe. Unlike other hot tub covers that are made out of vinyl or other soft materials, Tuff Top Covers use hard materials and are gasket sealed for superb efficiency. You won’t have to worry about your covers rotting or smelling.
Tuff Spas hot tubs are some of the most affordable and elegant budget-friendly tubs that are on the market today. They come in an array of sizes for small to large households, and can be used to relax, entertain, or melt away the pain and stress that comes with the day-to-day experience.
